Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order with Go Green World. By placing an order, you acknowledge the ordering, delivery and shipping conditions outlined below.

Orders

Please carefully review your order, including the products, quantities and delivery details, before making payment.

We are unable to provide a refund solely because an order was placed incorrectly. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided with your order is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the goods where required.

Additional courier or redelivery charges resulting from an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery may be passed on to the customer.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A valid physical street address must be provided for delivery.

Pick Up

Customer pick up is currently not available. Orders must be delivered to a valid delivery address.

Prices

Product prices are subject to change from time to time. The applicable price will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or system errors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be calculated based on factors including the weight and dimensions of the products, order quantity and delivery location.

Special freight arrangements may be available for bulk or large-volume orders. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Deliveries

Due to product availability, product type and warehouse arrangements, an order may occasionally be delivered in more than one shipment. This means you may receive multiple deliveries relating to the same order.

Stock Availability

While we aim to keep our stock information up to date, occasionally an item may become unavailable or may be awaiting replenishment at our warehouse.

If this occurs after you place an order, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss the available options or an alternative solution.
